He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar D. Williams and Cora Dearinger Williams; his daughter-in-law Stacy Williams; and his siblings, Carrol Williams and Shirley Linzay.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Williams of Salem; his sons, Stephen Williams (Toni) of Salem and Keith Williams of Columbus; his siblings, James D. Williams (Margie) of Oglethorpe and Jeannine Hall (Don) of Loogootee; his grandchildren, Justin Williams (Ashley), Danielle Williams and Alexis Williams; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Alaina, Adalyn and Averie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
