He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Edwards Sr. and Elnora "Bea" Rogers Edwards; his wife Doris M. Renn Edwards; his sons, Raymond Edwards III (Viola) of Salem, Mark Edwards (Missy) of Henryville, Tim Edwards of Underwood and Greg Edwards (Melissa) of Bloomington; and his brother Michael Edwards of Louisville. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
