He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebekah Givens; and his son-in-law John Schopper. He is survived by: his wife Judy Givens (Cardwell); and his children, Nancy Givens, Rhonda Shields and Jeremy Givens (Taquia). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
