She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Green and Opha Nantz Green; her husband Monty Dale Tompkins; her daughter Paula Huff; and her siblings, Edward Green, Donald Green, Olen Green and Crystal Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Horine (Earl) of Salem and Andrea Montgomery (Rick) of Jeffersonville; and her siblings, Chet Green (Susan) of Salem and Nancy Ann Cooper (Garfield) of Millington. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
