She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason V. Russell and Hazel Maudlin Russell; her husband Arthur Howard Routh; her brothers, George, John and Jerry Russell; her son-in-law Richard Williams; her granddaughter-in-law Stacy Williams; and her great grandchild Conner Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Williams of Salem, Peggy Zink (Lerry) of Salem, Steve Routh (Rita) of Salem and Michael Routh of Sellersburg; her sister-in-law Dixie Russell of Columbus; her grandchildren, Stephen Williams (Toni), Keith Williams, Chris Zink (Stacy), Erich Zink (Sally), Joshua Routh (Trisha), Jared Routh (Michelle) and Brooke Adams (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Justin Williams (Ashley), Danielle Williams, Alexis Williams, Tyler Zink, Chloe Zink, Ashley Zink, Grace Routh, Audrey Routh, Abigail Routh and Aiden Adams; and her great great grandchildren, Audrey, Alaina, Adalyn and Averie Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
