As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Newanna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Myers; and her daughter Joyce Rainbolt. She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth P. Howard of Salem, Margie Holbrook of Salem, Thelma Estes of Salem, Edna Kay Hoagland of Salem and Freda Helblig of Seymour. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Weathers Funeral Home (106 S Shelby St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
