He is survived by: his parents, David Schultz and Vickie Smith Schultz; his wife Mercedes Wilcoxson Schultz; his sons, Brayden Schultz of Salem and Jayden Schultz of Salem; his stepson Ezra Harrison of Salem; his daughter Alexis Schultz of Salem; his stepdaughters, Gracynn Harrison of Salem and Matalei Roll of Salem; his siblings, Justin Schultz of Salem, Kimberly McCoskey of Henryville and Jackie Crandall of Salem; his grandmother Dessie Smith of Salem; and his aunts and uncles, Kenny (Barbara Cupp), Donnie (Marla Smith), Robert (Sue Smith), Rodney (Sherry Radcliff) and Sharon Wingler of Campbellsburg.
