He is survived by: his wife Melanie Roop Packwood; his children, Bryan Packwood (Amey) of Pekin, Nathan Packwood (Samantha Fendel) of Salem and Shelley Kurzendoerfer (Dan) of Sellersburg; his siblings, Bill Packwood (Sherrie) of Martinsville, Carl Packwood (Karen) of Charlestown, Jane Bilyeu (James) of Glendale, Helma Murray (Freddie) of Glendale, Mary Noble (Charles) of Glendale, Barbara Prather (Charles) of New Albany, Martha Reynolds (Terry) of Saltillo, Marilyn Rosenbaum (Jon) of Orleans and Sarah Burton (Jerry) of Bloomington; and his grandchildren, Haakan, Atticus, Axton and Orion.
