He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dever Ratts; his children, Shaun Ratts of Salem and Kenna Howell of Salem; his siblings, Scott Ratts of Salem, Phillip Ratts of Salem, Patrick Wright of Salem and Diane Ratts of Salem; his grandchildren, Sterlen Keller, Joey Howell and Jacob Howell; and his great grandchildren, Avary Keller, Benton Howell, Leighton Howell, Josiah Howell, Jeremiah Howell, Clayton Tincher and Raelan Spears.
