He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Hardin. He is survived by: his father Leon Long of Barstow; his wife Misty Coats Long; his son Michael Christopher Long of Scottsburg; his stepchildren, Nicholas Keith Payne (Kayla) of Salem, Justin Robert Payne of Salem, Randy McCreary (Emily) of Salem and Courtney Nicole Payne of Salem; and his siblings, Rick Long (Gina) of Salem, Marjorie Burns (Kevin) of Salem, Jackie Brown (Tom) of Texas and Christine Mattoni of Salem. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
