He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Forrest and Olevia Winslow (Boling); his wife Imogene Louise Winslow (Trueblood); his son Barry Scott Winslow; his siblings, Maxine Lois Brough, Roger, Burl and Roy Winslow; and his great grandchild Konnar Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughter Marla Hannah (Charles) of Salem; and his grandsons, Joshua Anderson (Kim Dick), Jacob Anderson (Mickie) and Landon Winslow (Angel Bryant). He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters.
