She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Spurgeon and Betty Wills Spurgeon; her daughter Mary Ann Sparrow; and her brother Earl Lee Spurgeon. She is survived by: her children, Virgil Sparrow (Kourtney) of Salem and Ginger Gibson (Donald) of Salem; and her siblings, Charles Spurgeon (Heidi) of Dillon and Vickey Spurgeon of Campbellsburg. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
