She was predeceased by: her parents, George Colwell and Rachel Johnson Colwell; her husband Orie D. Edwards; her brother James E. Colwell; her grandson Vernon J. Wilson; her great grandchild Nathan M. Stidham; and her former husband Vernon Baker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Haub (Jamie) of Salem, Angela "Gibby" Long of Salem, Lucinda Gray (Donnie) of Salem, Sandra Hobbs (Paul) of Phenix City and Sheri Alcocer (William) of Wheatfield; and her brothers, Demree Colwell (Alene) of Georgetown and Kenneth Colwell (Brenda) of Salem, Indiana.. She is also survived by ten Grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
