It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Tarr of Salem, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edgar Howerton and Vivian Celeste Phelps Osborne; her sister Maxine Clark; and her grandchildren, Dallas Williams and Kevin Curtsinger.
She is survived by: her children, Charles M. Williams (Angie) of Pearl, Tracy Owsley (Darrell) of Salem, Rebecca Collins (Michael) of Campbellsburg and Debra Thomas (Johnny) of Salem; her siblings, James Howerton of Salem and Diana Peysha (Don) of Salem; her grandchildren, Derrick Williams, Courtney Seeley (Lucas), Vivian Long (Breraton), Gabrielle Curtsinger and Gary Hook II; and her great grandchildren, Ashlynn Curtsinger, Emma Righthouse, Charlotte Seeley and Cooper Seeley.
