He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard Rutherford and Mary Frances Owsley Rutherford. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Scott Rutherford (Debbie) of Pekin, Karen Robbins (Jerry) of Salem and Jarita Spaulding (Larry) of Salem. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews and 6 great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Weathers Funeral Home (106 S Shelby St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
