He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Red" Jacobs and Anne Leach (Burnetta); and his son Michael Chad Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jacobs (Simler); his children, Loyd Ray Jacobs, Jr. and Holly Beavers; his stepchildren, Brian Weston and Melissa Tucker; and his sister Susie Knight. He is also survived by 18 grand children; and 8 great grandchildren.
