He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Blackburn and Elmer Blackburn; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his son Leo Blackburn Jr. (Megan); his grandchildren, Andrea Blackburn and Liam; and his sisters, Virginia (Elmer), Barbara (Paul) and Pauline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
