He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Chastain Hamilton of Salem; his children, John Michael Hamilton (Shawn Ferris) of Salem and Kristen Lawson (Chris) of Salem; and his siblings, Terry Hamilton of Lafayette and Nancy Green of Campbellsburg. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
