He is survived by: his children, Dawayne Nicholson (Pat) of Salem, Annetta Nicholson of Salem, Nicole Combs of Scottsburg, Heather Nicholson of Austin and Karen Nicholson of Paoli; his brother Roscoe Nicholson of Salem; his grandchildren, Bradley Nicholson (Pam), Brittany Nicholson, Keegan Coomer (Dylan), Paisley Combs, Gavin Combs, Preston Phillips and Lily Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Elaina, Martin and Charlotte.
