He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Chester and Marjorie Louise Ingram (Gilstrap). He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Ingram (Tatlock); his children, Jennifer Woodward (Brian) of Salem, Jeremy Ingram and Glenn Martin of Salem; and his sisters, Anita Miller of Salem and Shelia Short of Denver, Colorado.
