He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Martin Sr. and Gladys Martin (Bishop). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Darlene Martin (Speck); his sons, Timmy Martin of Salem and Christopher T. Martin (Alie) of Salem; his siblings, Rodney Mills (Marla) of Salem, Joy Mae Wynn of Salem and Connie Mills of New Albany, Indiana.; and his sons, Johnny Frink, Troy Nicholson and Justin Elliott. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
