He was predeceased by: his father Joe Alan Moore. He is survived by: his mother Annie Goodson Frye of Jackson; his wife Christina Procell Moore; his children, Shea Moore (Autumn) of Sellersburg, Kristian Moore of Salem, Barry Moore of Salem, Seamus Moore (Cynthia) of Hudsonville, Jeffrey McElhinny (Lynsie) of Brookville and Shandi Moore of Salem; his siblings, Barry Moore (Cathy) of Bloomington, Sallie Moore of Bloomington and Mary Beth Mikolaitis (Pete) of Bloomington; and his niece Lily Mikolaitis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
