He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Eddie Ross Apple and GeorgeAnn Apple (Pope); his sister Sally Apple; and his stepson John Kost. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Apple (Mauck); his children, Ashley Apple (Ford Taylor IV) of Borden, Indiana and Jabin Apple of Salem, Indiana; his sisters, Susan Apple of Butlerville, Indiana and Marsha Meadows of Salem, Indiana; his stepsons, Steve Kost (Amy) of Salem, Indiana and Kevin Kost (Chandra) of Corydon; and his pet Nelson.
