She is survived by: her parents, Leroy Smith of Bedford and Jerri Casey Harmon of Salem; her children, Tyler Fox of Salem and Natasha Clark of Salem; her brothers, Shawn Colglazier of Salem, Troy Colglazier of Marengo and Scott Bane of Salem; and her foster brother Kent McCoskey of Scottsburg. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
