Jewell C. Sweeney Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Jackson and Frowe Jackson (Duke) of Bedford; and her husband David L. Sweeney. She is survived by: her children, Marti Colglazier (Sweeney), Scott Colglazier of Bloomington, Vicki Dowling (Sweeney), Shayne Dowling of Salem, Joe Sweeney and Marla Sweeney of Otisco, Indiana.; and her sister Myra Lee Shipman.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dawalt Funeral Home (204 E Market St, Salem, IN 47167). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washington County Community Foundation.
