He is survived by: his wife Lois Setser Powell; his daughters, Cindy McIntyre (Doug) of Campbellsburg and Jeanne Page (Don) of Salem; and his siblings, Kenneth Powell (Wanda) of Canton and Lola Mae Deaton of Salem. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
