He was predeceased by: his parents, William K Fetz and Musetta Fetz (Sweeney); his brother Wayne Fetz; and his grandson James Michael. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Joan Fetz (Stith) of Salem, Indiana; his children, Michael D. Fetz of Milltown, Derin E. Fetz of Pendleton, Charles Allen of Salem, Indiana, Kevin Lee Maxey of Salem, Indiana and Cheryl Ann Maxey of Livonia, Indiana; and his brothers, K. Norman Fetz and John A. Fetz. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
