He is survived by: his children, Rachel Roach (David) of New Albany, IN, Jeffery Fleenor Jr. of Fredericksburg, IN and Charlotte Ligon (Michael) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Dylan Brough, Alexis Brough, Ethan Newsome, Autumn Fleenor, Aiden Sparkman, Dayton Fleenor, Rhys Lane, Conner Ligon and BayLee Ligon; his aunts, Sue McCoskey and Brenda Heath; his uncle Jerry Fleenor (Juanita); and his brother Michael Lewis. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
