She is survived by: her children, Jason Floyd of Salem and Malinda Floyd of Salem; her sisters, Judy Applegate of Salem and Pam Hobson (Steve) of Salem; and her grandchildren, Sierra, Kierra, Abreea, Ember, Destiny and Chance.
