He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Thixton (Danny Habermel) of Salem and Luwana M. Cauley (Richard) of Leesburg; and his siblings, Donald R McKnight (Connie) of Salem, Gary D. McKnight (Cathy) of Salem, Larry G. McKnight (Adley) of Phoenix and Linda S. Motsinger (Gary) of Buckeye. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
