He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee and Nancy Moore (Underwood). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie White; his children, Jack Thomas Tsiaousis Jr., Berlanna Tsiaousis, Shawn White, Melissa White and Andrew White; and his siblings, Daniel Lee, Leo Grimmette and Lind Kronz.
