He was predeceased by: his parents, Has Collier and Mary Collier; his sons, Kenneth Ray Collier and Dennis Collier; and his brother Creed Collier.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Newsome Collier; his siblings, Elmer Collier of Texas, Johnny Collier of Kentucky, Geneva of Florida, Sharon of Indiana and Phyllis of Indiana; his grandsons, Joshua and Jacob Collier; and his daughter-in-law Loretta Burris (Randy).
