He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Naugle; his brothers, Charles Naugle and Donald Naugle; and his daughter Delainy Sage Cutrell. He is survived by: his parent Edith Wolff Naugle; his spouse Carol Jean Hobbs; his children, Vickey Sumpter (Pat) of Richmond and Gregory Naugle (Linda) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Thomas Cutrell (Katie) of Brownsburg and Chelsea Carnine (James) of Rockville.
