He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. Brown Sr. and Marie K. Vernia Brown; and his wife Shirley A. Brown. He is survived by: his son Tommy Brown III (Sherri) of Salem; his brothers, Bobby Brown of Salem and Steve Brown of Salem; and his grandchildren, Jordan Dean Borden of Indianapolis and Samantha Kathleen Simonton of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
