She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Felker and Crystal Newton Felker; her husband Ward E. Nelson; and her sisters, Doris J. Mahuron and Sandra K. Huff.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Nelson (Melody) of Salem, Reed Nelson (Shelly) of Noblesville and Paul Nelson (A. Charlene) of Salem; and her brother John P. Felker. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
