We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2020, at the age of 82, Helen Chastain of Salem, Indiana, born in Campbellsburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Everrett Qualkinbush and Wilma Hedrick Qualkinbush; her husband Lee E. Chastain; her brother Don Qualkinbush; her children, Brian Chastain (Stacy) of Le Roy, Kevin Chastain (Sue) of Salem and Tracy Nicholson (Lee) of Salem; her sisters-in-law, Sara Jane Bennett (Ron) of Muscatine and Karen Qualkinbush of Salem; her grandchildren, Paul Chastain (Aaren), Olivia Chastain, Kelsie Nicholson, Joe Chastain (Jess), Matt Chastain and Dan Chastain; her stepgrandsons, Jared Nicholson and Travis Nicholson (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Nolan Chastain and Bronn Chastain.
