He was predeceased by: his wife Annabelle Rader Boeckmann; and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Boeckmann Nelson of Louisville; and his siblings, Richard of Louisville, James Boeckmann of Louisville and Patricia Boeckmann Stout of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
