She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe McCoy and Dorothy Anderson McCoy; and her son Roger Faulkner. She is survived by: her husband David L. Faulkner; her children, David G. Faulkner (Laura Rae) of Louisville and Melanie McKinsley of Salem; and her sisters, Mary Howard of Kentucky and Audrey McCoy of Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
