He is survived by: his wife Margie Holsapple Short; his children, Edward Short (Dina) of Paoli, Brenda Beyers of Ferdinand, Melissa Stroud of Paoli, Angie Fugate of Paoli and Teresa Tucker of Sulphur; his stepchildren, William Dearborn (Carolyn Gilley) of Salem, Jason Holsapple (Kristy) of Scottsburg and Jennifer Dearborn (Bill) of Salem; his sisters, Audrey May of Trafalgar, Barbara Dugger of Fort Pierce and Mary Louise Holobaugh of Port St; and his stepbrother Sherman King of Pekin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 step- grandchildren and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
