He is survived by: his wife Beverly Terhune (Rousey); his children, Stephanie, Kimberly and Forrest Jr.; his stepson Robert Todd Smith; his brothers, Frederick Mark, Michael Joseph and William Terhune; and his foster children, Tyler Lane Smith and Morgan Kaye Smith.
