It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emogene Zimmerman of Salem, Indiana, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Babbitt and Ossie Babbitt; and her siblings, Ramond Overstreat, Thomas Babbitt, Ledie Babbitt, Bob Babbit, Cliford Babbitt, Johny Dean Babbitt, Darrel Babbitt, Nina Croninger and Bonnie Mae Babbitt.

She is survived by: her siblings, Earl Babbitt, George Herbert Babbitt, Elimina Nichols and Susan Durban.
