She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Maudlin and Eska Standish Maudlin; her husband Wayne Nicholson; and her siblings, Alvin Maudlin, John N. Maudlin, Arthur L. Maudlin, Mary Walton and Martha J. Demaree.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Nicholson (Sandy) of Greencastle, Keith Nicholson (Deb) of Salem, Donna Thompson (Butch Huff) of Salem and Rebecca Wilkerson (Billy) of Salem. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
