He was predeceased by: his father Edward Suttle Moore; his brother Rick Moore; his grandmother Clara Busick; and his nephew Mackenzie Moore. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Jeannette Moore; his wife Ann Lee; his children, Joseph (Brittany), Hope (Joe) and Ashley (Dylan); his brother Troy; and his grandchildren, Addyson, Grayson, Jordyn, Peyton and Lainey.
