Hollen (Donna) of Salem and Steve K. Hollen of Salem; and his grandchildren, Jessica Emily (Eddie) of Salem, Jason Smith (Courtney) of Salem, Jenne Voyles (Josh) of Salem, Adam Lloyd (Jessica) of Salem, Brandi Lloyd of Salem and Laci Grube (Mark). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.
