He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Madden and Dorothy Everage (Roark). He is survived by: his wife Julia Madden (Hoke); his children, Monica Worley (Adam) and Jamie Madden (Allison); his stepchildren, Victoria Fleenor and Nicholas Fleenor; and his siblings, Darryl Madden, Lonnie Madden, Carson Madden, Wanda Stewart, Demma Sanders and Linda Lanham.
