He was predeceased by: his parents, Rance Hazelip and Retha Merideth Hazelip; and his wife Wanda Voyles Hazelip. He is survived by: his children, Barry Hazelip of Pekin, Terry Hazelip (Missy) of Pekin, Mark Hazelip (Cindy) of Pekin, Todd Hazelip (Lori) of Salem and Robin Trommler (Chuck) of Charlestown; his grandchildren, Justin Keown, Adam Keown, Ashley Batt, Meggen Green, Micah Hazelip, Josh Hazelip, Flint Hazelip, Gracie Hazelip, Olivia Hazelip, Kellen Hazelip, Becky DiCicco, Ashley Trommler, Hayley Byers and Shelby Baker; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Batt, Chase Batt, Madison Batt, Addilyn Green, Hazel Green, Owen Keown, Nash Keown, Lucy DiCicco and Joey DiCicco.
