He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Perkins and Gladys Myrtle Steel Burris; and his brothers, Wayne Perkins and Max Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Martin Lee Roy Whitehead of Palm Bay and Michelle Lafayette of Palm Bay. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters.
