It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hoke (Salem, Indiana), born in Campbellsburg, Indiana, who passed away on April 6, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Hoke and Mary Alice Wheat Brewer; and his siblings, James Robert Hoke and Vicki Mauck. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Hollen of Salem; his sisters, Anita Maudlin of Salem, Carol Chastain of Salem and Terri Hoke of Palmyra; and his stepsisters, Nora Hess, Glenda Mousty and Nancy Duffy.
