He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Keltner and Lena Moss Keltner; and his sisters, Dorothy Keltner and Wanda Keltner. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Coomer Keltner; his children, Cody Lee Keltner (Paula) of Salem, Clifton William Keltner (Debbie) of Vallonia and Cheri Thomas (Donnie Smith) of Jamestown; and his brothers, Simpson Keltner of Campbellsburg, Alfred Keltner of Salem, Charles Keltner of Fredericksburg and Millard Keltner of Milltown. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
