He is survived by: his wife Trudy Johnson (Nantz); his daughters, Mindy Marie McDonald (Jim) of Vine Grove and Martina Nichole Johnson of New Albany; his siblings, Carl B Johnson of Campbellsburg, Rita V Yeamans of Vale, Jesse P Shelton of Salem and Della C Lewis of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Malloy Johnson, Kenzie Johnson and Madison McDonald; and his great grandchild Silas McDonald.
